Signature Query/Request

EDIT - WAS MADE FOR ME!

I'm looking for someone who could make me a signature.
I have a basic idea of how I'd want it to look.
As you can see from my epic paint skills.....

I'd love for this to have some kind of sparkle glitter to it.
And obviously look more professional than...what I did. (Fixing sizing/better text ect)
It wouldn't have to have ALL the skill icons, just the general idea of skilling.
I'd also like it so that clicking the 'live:bronyscape' would send you to add my skype and the 'aio skilling services' would send you to my skilling thread thats currently linked in my signature.


Questions -
How much should I be looking to pay for something like this?
Are my paint skills awesome?
Did I post this in the right place? ^_^
