    Why:
    • Borth born in May, 1997. (not exact birthday match, but odd)
    • 2 IP's on audit, and only other match = contained, but not sure whether to speculate home IP match considering OSRSAlligator lined up on a different IP with contained (1 IP on that audit mentioned below)
    • Same market interests
    • Ban follows up (no concurrent account)

    Previous Reports:
    OSRSAlligator = private report I believe, but appeared as a match on the IP audit.
    Contained is a scammer.

    Not enough information they are being matched by a wireless IP and not a home IP. Also had some information checked out by @Hahanerd
