Has to be a picture of you at jad

 

as i understand.. i don't have to be at jad just a "completed firecape" but it can also mean i need to have the message in chatbox.

 

as I understand, WHEN I FIRST MADE MINE, it had to be at jad, because anyone could get that cape, and you could say you did yourself.

No. it can't be done with only 20 prayer.

 

If you supply your own equipment/supplies. I'll re-imburse you and pay extra. can even use a MM.
