Should I get Rock Band?

I have extra cash to spend but I need help...

The first time I played Rock Band was at a party. It was really fun especially playing the drums and singing in the microphone.

The last instrument game I had was Guitar Hero 3. It was fun for a little while but it soon got boring. I felt like I wasted $100 something dollars.:'(

I want to get Rock Band 1 and 2 but is it worth the money?
Will Rock Band get boring after awhile like GH3?

I need your guys help on this

 

Do you have friends that would play with you? Then yes, buy it.

 

I spent 160$ on GHWT, which was a mistake. So I just bought the Rock Band game. Online play isnt the greatest, but if you have friends it stays less boring.

 

I'm pretty sure he has friends >.> or perhaps he could play it with his family, I have Rock Band I usually just jam with a couple of friends.

 

I have rock band too. It's fun playing with friends, especially when you have nothing else to do
