Where to find buyers for vacant land?

So it turns out i own 16636 m² of land in Serbia, the estimated value is 100k - 130k €

Any recommendations on how to find international buyers to get it sold asap?
Anyone who helps me get it sold with good ideas / sites gets $1,000 in BTC after the sale

 

Serbia? Wtf? What's the location? Near/in a city? You could pitch it to developers to see if they'll buy it off you and share some of the rental profits from units. I've heard of a few people doing that and getting paid to do literally nothing.

Otherwise you'll likely need to find yourself a real estate agent that specializes in this sort of thing. Without a network of your own you'll sit on that piece of land for a damn long time. Agents have contacts and if you find one that specializes in international real estate, you'll be able to find a buyer fairly quickly (though - the land is in Serbia...).

I know what you're saying though, of course i know it won't be easy, that's why i'm looking for some advice.

Nah, it's next to a small village with view on the danube. Some investors (from Russia or Greece, not entirely sure) built some luxurious winery for a shitload of money just 3km away from my property, so that gives me some hope

I know i won't be able to sell it on my own, so i contacted some agents today, let's see how it goes. I just want to get rid of it as i just don't have any use for it, but could definitely use the extra cash
