Should i buy D-bow?

I have about 4.2mil atm. I just finished Desert treasure on my pure and got 82 magic.

Strength-81
HITPOINTS!!!!-77
Defence-1
Range-80
prayer-31
Magic-82

combat is 65

So should i buy a d-bow to pk with? Are they any good for my stats?

 

With those stats you're much better off blitz-g maul rushing rather than blitz-d bowing.

Honestly, d bow isn't anything special. I don't even use it on my pure with 99 range.

 

D bow + blitz = 1 hit KO.

Agreed. Gmaul would be better. Dbow is good w/ void... but not much else.

 

No, that'd be a 3 hit KO. But at his level/stats not even. You'd max maybe 30's-32's with the bow? If you got 3 lucky hits you could KO someone.

Now look at the maul. Instead of 3 hits (blitz d bow spec) you get 4 (blitz maul, then maul spec). And at that str with prayer you'll be hitting the same as you would with your d bow specs, but you get one extra hit. Think of it that way.

3 or 4 hits with same damage? Answer is obvious.

I agree, dbows are unpractical and unreliable.

 

Dbow is only good if you have void and are rushing.

 

Agreed, its nothing that good and is better for pjing than rushing or just normal combat.

 

dbow is good, but only if you can afford it, i'd make closer to 10m before i personally bought one.
