Sold arcus 500m for $1.2/m btc

i only received $581.76 (usually under a couple dollars not $18) and they said they wont be sending me the remaining $18

says this after i ask why its $18 less and lili says its because they use a different site when the price per btc is barely any different

theres no way the sites have a $7.2 btc price difference doubt it changed that much even if they did take 30mins to send it to me

usually expect it to be a couple dollars under when i sell for btc so i dont make a fuss but its annoying having to wait 30min-2 hours each time (literally) to be undercut like this

yeah so i think this is neither of your guy's faults entirely, but i agree that the shortchanging is unnecessary. if this was paypal i'd understand the 3% fee, and i'd understand ~1% for btc stuff, but this seems like a little too much shortchanging imo. ill ask arcus to send you the remaining $12ish
