ShonP scammed my steam!

Briefly explain the trade: So, he firstly called me a scammer few times on my threads, but added me later on on my skype though.. (I was shocked at first) He told me he called me a scammer so no one would buy from me, and he wanted to buy the account him self. He promised me he would delete the bad messages so I wouldn't get bad reputation. And he also didn't want to go first, so I thought as he has 6 vouches I would go first. I did a big mistake. He changed everything and he logged of. (As seen as that the last message wasn't sent.)
How they scammed:
I gave him the information
He didn't send me the money, and he told me I got scammed by him.
He logged off..
