Shlacers Scammed $25 for Elo Boost

I asked for a Platinum I to Diamond 5 Elo Boost on League of Legends for $25. Here is the story:

I was stupid for accepting the offer after being skeptical, but I want to be sure he is taken care of and no one else is hurt from it.

EDIT: I have my username and password there, but I already changed the password due to them scamming me in the first place.
