Trying to recover a "hacked" account

This thread was closed by the time I had gotten internet service at my new house. I was unable to reply to the thread due to that, but I had emailed the address given to me on both of the emails associated with my account.
I was wondering if they were received and what I should do from here?

Today, I'm banned for potentially hacked?

 

Not sure what's going on. Last night I'm selling GP, this morning bumping threads, and coming home tonight I'm banned for potentially hacked.

Looking to resolve this ASAP
