I sent in an appeal claiming it was a loan to join my friends exchange FC if they don't buy it, I bought a new router when this happened, if they deny my pardon I might just say it wasn't me and someone hacked my account from my work comp (which i've used to log in the account before), even if they get the gold wiped I might be able to sell the account to cover my loss
