Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: The ones which i can remember has been refunded in pardon 1

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Mass evading during the 6 months i was told to stop (its to hard to stay away from sythe when i try to make money using it..)

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: It was along time ago..I have refunded who i can remember/who i can still contact i have sent skype requests to many people on skype alot of them claim i scammed them but there were no past chat logs/reports they made against me therefore im not refunding them what they claim i scammed i have been using sythe since i got banned the very first time and i just want to use it again without the hastle of wondering when my next ban will be, whos going to report me etc, i know i have probably 50+ accounts i evaded on but thats the reason i am pardoning if i can get given a list of who i scammed and is in need of a refund i will try contact them but i did what i can and its not like i even scammed alot the max i have scammed was like 5b ikov...

I'd just like to add, why do you constantly keep people like me banned? if i'm not going to get given the chance to show i want to change why should i change lol? I use sythe everyday banned or not banned, if i dont get unbanned i'll carry on doing it but my pardon was for i'd stop scamming if i got forgiven for everything ive done in the past.
