Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: What happened was i purchased about 2b at the time from lucster i was paying via wells fargo i paid him in full but he didnt deliver me all of my gold as you can see here what happened was i paid lucster via wells fargo and he kept telling me i had to wait to receive my gold. he delivered 1.4b but still owed me 800m . i was contacting him for a month and he kept telling me to wait he had not received any more gold . i did charge back but i only charged back for the 800m that he did NOT deliver me and ducked me about for a month i did a pardon 6 months ago and you guys told me try again in 6 months so here i am trying again .

In the report lucster says you chargebacked the full amount for which you purchased the gold ($1,200). Since you're banned, FireZ must've confirmed this in the pm. This means you kept the gold (800m) despite taking your money back. I'm not believing your story.

 

i only refunded for the 800m i was not given and ignored about for over a month he made and sold gold and did other transactions but never gave me my gold you can check the post where i begged him for a month to get it and he never gave it to me he kept making excuses . dj weasel if you have anyway to get in contact with him and he rembers the story is the reason charged back in the first place he was mod at the time and it was on going to he told me to refund for what i have NOT yet recieved it wasnt just me at the time lucster was doing it to mulitple people taking there payments and not having the gold and that was a large amount at the time.

 

Refund the victims, or use that 1200 to refund luscter's victims and then you can pardon
