Shark fishing skiller

This account is another of mine from my PA store. 76 Shark fisher, 72 fletching skiller, has no black marks and also no registered email, meaning the account has no chance of recovery. So with that in mind i will be using a middle man.
Im looking for 07GP to fund my new account, so id like a fairly decent offer, also if your interested i can do this and my rune pure in a package deal (check my other thread) once again that has no email attached. I have no vouches on herem but im 100% satisfaction on PA with 20 sales so far. My stores building!
