Article: Double XP Weekend is Coming - 23rd September

What are your plans? Have you farmed/bought gold yet in preparations for it?
Personally, I'm aiming for 120 Summoning, I have most of the charms farmed up and I still have all my logs for 99 construction from last double XP weekend.
I might do herblore to 120 also, and hope for the pet to drop during double XP.

 

Been trying to kick my self toward 120 Slayer but nothing has prompted me to move on it, not even 10M bonus XP saved away on it. Maybe I'll triple up on DXP weekend and actually get some progress done.

 

Bought 99 herb and other buyables like crafting and construction

 

Gonna finish off 97-99 summoning, get me some overloads with 75-96 herblore, gonna also get my smithing to at least 90, might go for 99.

 

I'll probably be out on my boat

 

Had plans for 120 Hunter and Summoning, but just found out I'm going to be away that weekend :'(

 

Simple solution: Dump your girlfriend.

Probably 120 Runecrafting on my alt account. I'm looking to get Rue the RC skilling pet, so win win I guess.

I haven't prepared, but I always do like that extra xp..
I'm not sure what I'll aim for, possibly go for a second 99, FM?

 

I work all weekend out of curiosity tho, does invention work on dxp?

Found out I'll be home for the first ~12 hours or so of dxp. Gotta fit a lot of grinding in!

Tbh, I don't really have anything planned lol. Since I'm a OSRS player rather than RS3.

But everyone seems to be in a rush and panic to get there things ready for dxp weekend hehe.

 

I got bored already, maybe I'm finally outgrowing Runescape.

 

Lol yep RS3 gets boring for some odd reason idk why it just feels like that I guess idk. Try playing some 07 RS and going back to RS3.

 

Love Old School, and I loved Rs3 when I had stuff to do. Post max, I don't have anything I enjoy doing. I don't feel like grinding for 120's, they're so long.

I've got 99 in all the OSRS skills I enjoy. So now I just play very sparsely.

 

Nice mate, yeh RS3 seems to get very boring when you play alot however I don't feel like that on OSRS Idk why but just feels like that or is just that me? Lol.

And yeh grinding stats on RS3 is so much less interesting than grinding stats on OSRS.
