ShameOnYou Scammer?

He was MMing a trade with Me and Kamakazy_Kid, After like a day (2 weeks ago) They MMing for about 75m so they have to BH 15m more so ShameOnYou said he will continue the next day so I said yes, I checked that day he was never on so Me and Kamakazy_Kid gave him more time. After about 1 week He's still not on, So I tried getting my account back to check if it's finished and I'm waiting for nothing then I just saw my account got locked. I tried unlocking it but now I can't do it. ShameOnYou got the recent recoveries so I can't unlock it. My account should have 44m in it's bank as that was the deal. But now after 2 weeks he's still not on and Now i'm Worried so I'm reporting him for a probably scamming me.
