Shameonyou Didn't scam

I thought Shameonyou had scammed me when I had bought a phat from Mr. Goosey, but I have been talking to shameonyou and found out the truth, He didn't scam me. For starters he doesn't even play Runescape. And I though he had scammed when he wasn't on msn for a while, but I came to find that was because he was away.

but none of this is evidence he actually scammed Me.

He didn't scam me so if he could be unbanned it would be appreciated.
