I bought the account recently and just today (7/4/2015) lost access to the account. My membership was canceled, and the e-mail I used for the account after buying was not correct.
Will provide more screenshots after recovery attempt

 

can you show the conversation you've had since the membership was cancelled/you lost the account? also it would be good to show you losing the account (show your login doesn't work or something)
