[Shadow Neko] Requesting a DNT for Blackhat

[Ukr]

• Your profile link: @Shadow Neko
• Your total debt:0
• List of offences you've committed and ban reason given to you: Participation in Blackhat
• If you scammed, have you made any follow-up attempts on contacting your victims or received any response(s):no scam
• Anything you wish to add: honestly, I ban evaded quite a few times for using forum mainly (viewing, being able to ip audit n stuff like that), been caught everytimes, every accs are banned except this one (so i take it as i can view forums now) but I'd like to comeback on the forum as Shadow Neko to join the discord with my actual discord account so i can talk with people etc. until I am eligible to pardon again, I'm well aware that the chances I ever get pardoned are low, but I'd love to atleast be able to use my real discord account to come on the discord to talk with old fellas, i'd totally understand if you don't want me unbanned on my main account, but I never caused any discord dramas back when i was there as UKR ^^ thanks for taking the time to read this post
