    Do you think that it should be against the law?

    As in, a 18 year old has sex with a 16 year old.


    What about a 25 year old and a 17 year old?

    What are your opinions?

    Well, I think it should be fine for 18/16 thats only a 2 year difference, whats the deal?

    However, a 25 and a 17, thats quite an age difference.

    My opinion is it should go by age years, not a certain age number.

    Isn't it already illegal? Or is it just frowned upon. Because if you were over 18 and the person you were having sex with said that you raped her after you were done you would be sentenced to jail. (That's how it is in Canada)

    If you have sex with someone under the age of 18, and parents find out you can be charged.

    Why does it matter what age they are?

    If you have sex with a minor (under age of 18) you can get in serious legal trouble. Anyone can say you raped them. Usually this doesn't happen though, its found out by the parents which place "stagatory rape" (i believe) on them.

    Each circumstance has a different answer in my opinion. Like age isn't the only factor, i believe that it has to do with the maturity of the person as well.

    Fuck I mean once the person is old enough to make his/her own decisions, not a fuckin 6 year old although that is a good point you are making.

    I think that 18 and 16 should be ok. But 25 and 17, I'm not so sure...

    I dont know, my cousin was 19 and was doing a 30 year old. Its kinda weird, but I dont see any real problem. If both people are consenting and know what they are doing, I can't complain.

    My question is: Is it different if a 17 year old guy has sex with a 25 year old woman then if a 17 year old girl is having sex with a 25 year old man.
    It seems to be more frowned upon if the older person is a man.

    the problem is the 17 years old girl doesn't think as the 25 think i mean he is more mature maybe...and remember under 18 by law is consider a kid ....
