The reason I suggested that possibility in the first place is because I have actually heard of that happening before. The thing is that its not actually a
physical problem at all, its actually purely psychological. There is nothing wrong with you at all by the sounds of it, but its very possible that your body has just become so used to being stimulated in a certain way, with certain environmental settings (such as pornography), that its just hard for you to psychologically reach the same level of arousement when you are with a woman and being stimulated in a different way.
Like I said, I am no doctor. But if I had to guess, I would think that with time it will go away. Try to masturbate less frequently, possibly even not at all if you can manage it, and get your sexual release through intercourse with a woman. This should help you mentally become more accustomed to getting off like that and make it easier for you to climax.
In my honest opinion, I think it may help quite a bit too if the person you are sexually active with is somebody that you also have a very strong emotional attachment to. If you are just having drunken sex with some broad you met at a party, it won't have anywhere near the same level of intimacy and arousal that you would experience if you were having sex with a girlfriend whom you deeply loved. When you have that emotional connection with a sexual partner, it just takes things to a whole other level and I believe that psychologically that would probably help your problem somewhat.
