Why do you think they are ban evading: I wanted to buy his account but audited him and saw that he is ban evading, thought it was strange he is just giving out his acc. info.

Thread he is using to scam: {CHEAP} 07 max combat account

For future reference please link us their profiles. Cba digging to China and back to get their profiles. Also is there anything else other than a IP audit match what makes you believe he is ban evading?

He lied about giving me specific details we agreed upon for an account and it failed a pre-sale recovery test. That's when I decided to IP audit and saw he was banned.

Added profile links in.

Going to need more here imo. Make another report if you have more information, but an IP audit alone isn't really enough. Thanks for the report though.
