• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: i want to negotiate that , I have no issue repaying the first link (first report linked) but I shouldn't be repaying the second guy. He framed me and I did not scam him, we even confirmed another username. He confirmed my username was agbonlahar, i challenged him and he beat me in the stake trade so i dont get the gp. He made an account called agbonlahor and lost the stake to it at duel to act like he paid me so he can milk gp off me. I have no issue refunding the first guy, but the second guy is a fraud.

You need to contact the first victim and attempt to make a refund. He will have 1 month to respond and if he/she fails then the amount will go towards unrelated scam victims.

In regards to the second case, it's a bit difficult to figure that out. Do you have evidence he confirmed your username agbonlahar? add my skype live:ilovelaservices

 

You will need to refund the first user. When you have done so please show me evidence. If the victim fails to respond within a month, debt will go towards an unrelated scam victim.

In regards to the other case where you were banned. I'm going to go over it again with the moderator that dealt with the case and get back to you.

I'd like to know if I have to refund the second guy, since if I have to I'm not really going to bother with an unban. Azie said he'd update me but didn't get an update yet. ty

I'm happy to rule seventeen38 scammer as not enough evidence, since there really isn't enough evidence in there. He may of scammed but this guy could be milking him for more.

I've PM'ed mastermind94 and I'm waiting for his reply to see what the best way to contact him is. I will give him a few days to become active and if he doesn't that $15/15m 07 will go towards the community.

I have refunded the 15m, as requested by @Chloe, to @Bus369, due to his report in the community refund thread. Both users can confirm the stated.
