Price is typically around 3M for 99, 3.5M for 90s, and 4.5M for 80s (non-hardcore).

Most providers I've seen charge the same rate for hardcore. Some charge an additional 500K-1M per kill. But typically, informed death risk is part of the service.

 

depends what kind of stats you got. should be around 0.8$ a kill if you are paying with real life money. With rigour/augury it will be cheaper for sure. I would recommend to get in touch with someone who do pvm/boosting services.
