    I accidently redeemed in the wrong account.

    Contact Amazon, tell them you added the $ to the wrong account? provide proof of ownership of the gift card & both accounts? Should be enough for them to move the amount over?

    You can't sell the actual account here. You could however sell the money. People would choose a product, you would pay for it with your account and ship it to them.
