Server confusion, which files to upload?

So you've built your server, set the no ip, port forwarded and everything else, the bit I can't work out is what file am I supposed to upload? When you download the source and client you have two folders full of files etc, but which am I supposed to upload in order to allow people to play my server :/ I tried it with my friend before but I couldn't get it to work! Help?

 

Send your buddy the client and have your server on when he's trying to connect if he gets a error It's probably the IP or Port are wrong some wheres.

 

alright i'll try this, nut i think i got an error before, even though i'm sure the ip and port are right

 

If you still need help let me know. What source? Make sure you set the ip for the client and the source. Make sure your friend has an updated java.
