insufficient report

Placed an order, their livechat made me wait over an hour for “delivery”, the guy never delivered, made me wait with excuses “gathering gold”, they then told me they mistakingly refunded my payment which will appear in an hour, this is impossible since i paid via credit card and a refund would take days, he wanted me to replace ANOTHER order, this is where i knew something was off and realized i’ve been played, he logged out right after, and this is what i get from their livechat. This website has been the worst i’ve ever used in buying rsgp, making me upload my drivers is, videos , then even after all that they scam me by making me wait and mind games.
