Serious Pshynosis?

So I got 3 infractions in a row. So Pshynosis, since I got 2 bullshit infractions in a row from you, and probably the third as well, answer me this; or any other mod/admin answer:

1. Spam? It was related to the topic. I quoted NEO NAZI skulls that PSHYNOSIS posted in the spam forum in the topic I MADE about racism and Nazi's. So how is that spam? Plus, last I checked,

So where's my warning?


2. I got infracted for saying FUCK THAT? Since when is saying FUCK THAT flaming? Now if I said FUCK YOU PSHYNOSIS, then sure, that's flaming, but I didn't. If saying FUCK THAT is bad and infractionable, everyone would probably be infracted/banned. Again, invalid infraction.

3. I am banned because "Too many infractions". Okay where is my third one? Oh, is it spamming again? As the with the point I made, I was answering others and my comments were related to the topic so how's that spam?

I guess the only way to get rid of me was to search for things I post and infract me right? I don't recall much spamming if any other than inside the spam forum and for that, infractions are invalid. Just because I spoke up about your prejudice towards others, you do this? Face it, you know we (those who agree with me) are right and since I was the one to actually speak up about it, banning me was to only way to get things off of you.

To anyone other mod/admin that reads this, if you feel I deserved this ban, please post reasons as to why. Thanks. I'll enjoy my 2 weeks.

I believe that 5 infractions were enough for you to read the rules.

Also considering how politely you wrote this dispute I'll be pleased to deny it.

 

While I think the 'kthxbye' comment was spam, I don't see where else he was temp banned...that was not inappropriate language at all.

The rules are absolute currently, you infract accordingly, and members should only dispute infractions if they haven't been accordingly infracted.

You can't willy nilly make comments like 'I believe that 5 infractions', or we'll have the whole of Pshynosis' ''Top 10 Most Hated'' banned very quickly indeed. I don't support this ban, and this dispute is certainly not denied. I'd like some more opinions.

Essentially, hm0ng was banned after infraction accrual, (of course by Pshynosis after hm0ng targetted him indirectly with a racism feedback thread). Neither given infractions were warranted. One was an infraction for saying the word 'fuck', despite it being an emphasised declaration of hm0ng's feeling, rather than any offensive notion or insult. I reversed this, and it hasn't been regiven.

Then there was the infraction (note the word), for spamming. Check the rules...

Not only did you fail to warn prior to the infraction, you also failed to infract accordingly. 'Little to no relevance to the topic' is the key phrase in the quote. I believe that his post was entirely relevant indeed.

Now, hm0ng, I'm not going to unban you again, as Pshynosis is extremely stubborn, and it's making a mess of your profile. We'll wait for some other responses.

 

I didn't ban him. I just reinfracted him for that spam post he made. 1 point doesn't result in a ban.

 

Yes, it resulted in a ban, nonetheless. I say as this wasn't an infraction according to the rules, nor was it spamming (in my opinion), he should be unbanned. Pshynosis obviously thinks otherwise.
