Serious [Grave not paying me]

This month due to exams coming up I literally could not work the next coming up month so I had to quit rsultimate okay so I tell Grave

Ans he decides he is basically not paying me anything for the 200 hours of work and makes up random stuff like oh your not getting this bonus and this bonus.

So yeh basically what is the communities view about the issue?

 

I find it funny that this went unnoticed. I have NEVER had a good experience dealing with RSUltimate, however I hope you get paid. It doesn't matter if you can't work future hours, he is legally entitled to pay you for whatever hours yo have worked at whatever rate you guys decided on. If he doesn't, he will obviously get banned (assuming you have all proof).

 

Don't work for Grave. Ever. Period. Just take it as a lesson learned.

 

I personally have never had a good experience trying to deal with Grave. He always seemed sort of sketchy and I've never actually successfully been able to complete a trade with him.

 

Damn, that's like 400 bucks assuming you got paid pennies to work for him at 2 dollars a hour or something lol.

What has happened to Grave he seems to have died RIP.

 

He is in California and in WA right now, also SRB.

 

How have there been numerous such reports about Grave, and nothing done about it? How is he still allowed to conduct business on this site? WHY do people repeatedly choose to use his services?

 

i've only had one trade with Grave before and it was pretty smooth. he didn't come off as sketchy but maybe hes changed since then? this sounds weird imo

200/40 = 5 work weeks = 1 1/2 Months

So in the 1 1/2 months, you did not ask for pay? lolz

Report a scammer section/contact Grave directly.

There plenty of ways that you could handle this instead of slandering his name in community general.

 

Can you seriously please learn to edit your first post instead of posting twice for no reason whatsoever.

We all know Jatha worked for RSU, and he's not exactly slandering Grave, he's curious on what to do about it.

 

Report him. That money is yours and he HAS to pay you, legally.

 

I'd personally report him and try to get your cash, he has to pay you for the ours you've done regardless, you've earnt it.

 

Technically, this would become a legal matter.. And if he has you employed under his business name, doesn't pay taxes and is doing it on the sly, you could hold that against him and tell him you will report it to the authorities that he is running an illegal business to dodge taxes. If it is legitimate contracted work, you could go to your local fair work ombudsman and they can proceed to tell you your best options.. And will most likely be in contact with Grave.

Otherwise, if you wanted to keep it civil, go to report a scammer section and file a complaint.

 

He ran an illegal GP store... he sure as hell ain't paying no taxes.

 

Lol? don't know if srs or trolling right now? PayPal has fees, they don't do your taxes for you, this is done by the employer.. have you never worked a job before in your life? What is illegal, is to avoid taxes.... which he would obviously be doing. Again, my post went way over your head.

 

Yes, I know you have to pay taxes at the end of you year, i was attempting to put a little humor in. Anyways, you don't know if he is claiming it or not, as income.

You do realize he's out of town right now right? Last I heard from him he was in Oregon with his car broken down, he's going to go to Washington and then come back to Oklahoma and pay the down payment on his new house. You should have waited until he comes back before making this thread. Anyway your best bet would be to contact him when he gets back, but yeah, this does sound like Grave, he relies heavily on the bonus system. But he usually ends up paying in the end(in my case(s)).

And to all the people saying he's shady and "I've never completed a trade with him hurrr, so shady". Get fucked, he wouldn't scam a buyer or seller. I've personally trusted him with a thousand+ and at any given moment he usually owes me $100+ (atm $300~), because of some work I do work for him on FragVPS, and/or payments I make when he doesn't have access to a credit card.
