Series 7 Exam

Officially known as the General Securities Representative Exam, the Series 7 is an Exam that offers a license to become a Registered Representative of a broker-dealer in the U.S.

I'm very interested in pursuing this career path. My aunt has a friend that is willing to give me an internship that will most likely consist of minimum wage upon working 60-hour weeks, and untold amounts of stress.

I am looking for insight from any members here who have family members/are themselves Stockbrokers and have taken the Series 7/Interned themselves.
