    Amount scammed: $30
    Reason: He owes me $30 for the Nurvael bounty. This was well over 4 months ago, I made a report like two months ago and Tmoe/Video said that the bounty is valid (since the bounty was placed before the ruling). I messaged him after that and seemed like he took a 2 month break from Sythe. I saw he recently returned, sent him a message and he is ignoring me. I'm purely reporting him because I expect if someone says something/that they follow through and keep their word. I'm not going to forget about it and put it under the rug.

    To sectionals, I don't have proof/screenshots, take my word for it. Administrators (Tmoe/Video) + Chloe know about this.

    @Champ I've literally said in OP that higher up staff are aware of it. I don't have screenshots, I have ran through like 10 Discord accounts. You don't have to deal with this report. Video/Tmoe/Chloe know about it.

    While you're at it, read the fucking op that states PP or 07 payment. Why would I send him BTC when I state these two options? Is it my fault he cannot keep himself unbanned for a day and learn to read my post? Thanks for the DNT folks. @Tmoe
