• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Bought gp with money available at the time; then my financial student aid was on hold for 3 months and had nothing left to buy my books. So i felt the need to desperately chargeback the $162 to provide for my books to continue classes. Luckily the hold on my financial aid was given back to me and i returned the $162 back to the victim. I've been buying and purchasing off of runescape gold sellers and account traders via paypal for around $1000~ and i will continue to do so to support my rs needs for gp.
