Looking at this report (Tester001 - Paypal dispute/Account scam) you see that @Tester001 (one of Gaminggseries's accounts) is called "Taylan Oncu". It seems he was from The Netherlands, but it's a rather unusual Dutch name. It appears the name "Taylan" origins mostly from Scotland/USA.

Either way, moving on, searching for "Taylan" gave me those results:
https://www.sythe.org/search/86917990/?q=taylan&o=date

Results were Selvi Digital, Execution - aswell as some of Gamggseries' accounts.
According to Selvi's profile he's from Australia, which is one of the countries this first name origins from.
Both, if not all, are heavily interested in basically all sections.

Searching for "tayselvi" brings this up: https://www.sythe.org/search/86919598/?q=tayselvi&o=date
Brings up an entire list of a whole lot of accounts.

Not enough to link him to #1.

As for #2 it was pardoned for here but that specific account was missed. I've noted the account and the user will not need to re-pardon.
