Selling yellow partyhat face to face

[madlou]

Title says it all, im sellin a yellow ONLY through a face to face trade. I live in Virginia, around the washington D.C. area. I have been scammed on sythe before, so I am limiting this deal by having the transaction done face to face. I am not set on a price, so please leave a post or p.m. me.
