If you mean stolen, it's not. I had an original xbox and my house got hit by lightning and fried it. The insurance company replaced it with an elite and I let my friend borrow the hard drive and he broke it. I sold all my games and controllers to gamespot after that. Never really got much use out of it.

Works just fine. It really only has a month of use on it.
