Hey I got a question and may be a dumb one but is wielding this staff in game against the rules? Like could I be reported for a bug abuse by just having one? If not I'm interested in one for sure if it legal, if you will!

@thormx69 It's against the rules to do any bugs that get them out of the dungeons, but it's not against the rules to get them from another player and use them. People may report you but nothing will happen, I can assure you. I've been using them/known other people using them since April, and no one has ever been banned from it. i was wondering if your able to smuggle out a "Empowered catalytic staff"
its tier 10 staff. if you dont have a lvl 99 rcer to enchant the staff, i have 99 rcing and are happy to enchant it then pass to you to smuggle out.
