I suggest trying to recover again with you filling in the information on his computer trough teamviewer

 

the ip address is sometimes the deciding factor between recoveries, even if you get all other info correct, if your ip is wrong, it wont accept

 

If ur from diff countries it does matter, try using a proxy and re-appeal it.

 

Kinda suspicious, is the seller trusted?

Nah he's not. Sold it to me, but recovered account back next morning. I disputed through PayPal, and awaiting results.
