    the ip address is sometimes the deciding factor between recoveries, even if you get all other info correct, if your ip is wrong, it wont accept

    If ur from diff countries it does matter, try using a proxy and re-appeal it.

    really? I thought IP wouldn't matter, seeing as I've seen players sell to each other and both parties are from completely different countries =/

    Nah he's not. Sold it to me, but recovered account back next morning. I disputed through PayPal, and awaiting results.
