    I like how he doesn't even list what the hat is. Please tell me what it is, I'm a retired TF2 Unusual trader, I can tell you the real value of said hat.

    What's your deal? Why would you be marked as a scammer if you won the hat? Steam rep auto detect IP, if you trade to the exact IP then you will get banned.
