You mean deliver as reallife delivery or digital?

Theres a ton that deliver digitally, but what I know only ebay does physically and CPP themselves.

Does one need to be verified with paypal to recieve money and later on transfer it to my bank account? Or is there perhaps a cap?

Wouldnt be able to Verifiy it as it would take 3 days or something I dont know. And its weekend pretty much now.

 

You dont need to be verified to recive money but to put it in a bank account you will need to verify it to the account.
