is this more of a glitch in thier coding or more of a tips/guides
and do i need to be members to preform this

 

To perform this? No. But obviously since max bet is 40k for this, it's not worth doing in f2p.

Glitch as in flaw by Jagex, this glitch guide is not a tip/etc.

This guide is not a real glitch, it was revealed to OGV in November of 2011, and it was denied and deemed unfit to sell. It is not a 100% win guarantee as there is a high chance that the other person will use the same method, again, it is relatively known. I won't use the word public.
