Well, tbh, you can easily change your IP and just vote again.
This really shouldn't be sold as a guide, as you can easily find it everywhere on the internet.
If your guide explains an other method which is really unknown, ignore my post.

To keep changing ip, makes it like 5 votes an hour as you got to keep changing ip, releading the page, mine is simple with no ip changing, so it averages 40+ votes an hour depending on your speed

 

With IP changing I can get like 100+ a hour easily....

 

With most Ip changing software, you can only use like 15 ips max, unless you buy premium, and most softwares such as "hotspot shield" has been blocked, so sir, you are lieing.
