you correct, you CANNOT hit 30s on rsc with mage, max is 25 with charge spell. the max without charge is 15. and this acc is a RSC acc, see it running around in dray alot, but im not gonna vouche because i dont know this person.

 

guys, i'd appreciate it if people would only post if they have an offer. Its great that you have seen me around, im sure lots of people have. And just because i got my facts wrong about the max hit does not mean im trying to scam you. I have editied my original post accordingly.
