Hello i was curious is an account recoverable if i bought it and set recoverys set jag set email reg assochiated facebook with it and payed for membership

 

Yes it is actually, the seller can email jagex with the info about the account and get it back. You should buy from trusted sellers even though its a bit more, you know they wont hack it back.

 

i did i bought from mod tmoe dont know if i should start using account yet tho

 

Oh yea you can use it, buying from a mod is very safe. Its usually the new comers and members that you really have to watch out for. So dont be to concerned, i highly doubt a mod would recover it.
