you probably don't even know the reason it was 9 hp.


in runescape classic, level 10 was 1000 exp. so when it was transferred to rs2(you had to request to stay in rsc) this 1000 exp was changed to level 9, as you need around 1.1-1.2k exp to get to lvl 10 now. so it's not like its magic, it was an account someone had made but abandoned at lvl 3 in rsc, and got it back, to see it was 9 hp. no big deal...
