he isnt accusing him of scamming, he is warning others that he has been scammed. If he were to spam this thread, calling the guy a scamer constantly or posted in report a scammer with no evidence then yes, he would probably be penalized. Being warned is always good as not everyone records trades. If there is a trend with multiple people saying he is a scammer, then he likely is one and will be banned maybe even without evidence but yea why would some guy with over 250 posts come here warning us of a potential scammer?

Warning us involved him saying that the guy scammed him. That's the exact same thing as ACCUSING somebody of scamming.

Well if i go first. I will let you on the account for a period of time to trade the money to BH the money which means you will change the password but still need to be very trusted or I will let a MM do it an OFFICIAL if you like an MM.
