Aren't the IP's of the origanl owner recorded and montiored by jagex on P-Mod accounts?

 

I believe jagex is to be notified when a p-mod switches address/moves/etc.

 

yes this is true so he is obviously gonna notify them

 

The owner of this account should notify jagex that they are moving, and not log in for a few days (Until you sell it)

Also I don't think it was wise to say you're selling your account in chat, jagex does have chat logs.

yea i wont be logging in anymore. its gonna go straight to the buyer and i have already notified Jagex that I will be moving in a few days or so. and the chat is really insignificant as i doubt jagex is gonna wanna check my chat log when i public chatted it in an empty room with no one around. why would they have reason to specifically check mine out of the thousands of ppl there? think about it

I'm not sure but, it could be possible that they'll check your chatlogs because A. You've notified them that you'll be moving, so they might check if they feel any suspicions at all, and B. It's a P-mod, they tend to keep a close eye on you.

But like I said, I'm not 100% so I wouldn't worry about it too much

What privalages does a p-mod have exactly?

 

1. ability to mute people for 48 hours immediately

2. abuse reports that are done by p-mods are able to be checked on for status reports by the p-mod.

3. p-mods receive information about certain jagex in game happenings before other players (such as ban waves, certain updates, etc.)

4. and ofc, jealousy and envy of other players =)
