Just CLick print screen of the account, then save as a file. Then i guess drag and drop onto the Tryping Box on sythe, maby it'll work. Or Just go to add/remove programs then click add Windows Components, then Check all of the boxes then click apply, then you'll have paint. Vouch meh!
