Selling an MSPP (TCG). One of the rarest items on all of neopets, and certainly the most sought-after.
Value onsite is about 230mil.
I bought this onsite, and it is very very very safe. I've had it for about 2-3 weeks.
Looking for cash only. Western Union ONLY. Not accepting PayPal unless you're a highly highly highly respected member.
Middleman will be used.
PM me for more info.
HB: $250
AB: $450
