I did bid 310m and he agreed to transfer it himself with an OMM holding the money, but he backed out after a couple of weeks and said he wouldn't do it if i didn't transfer it myself. I don't understand why he's still using my name as highest offer, and he even offered to go down to 250m if i transferred it myself.
